主讲人介绍：
黄佳良博士， 2012年于中国科学院遗传与发育研究所获得生物信息学博士学位， 2011年9月－2013年10月在全球制药企业葛兰素史克中国研发中心（上海）从事研发工作， 2013年11 月－ 至今在 Dana-Farber癌症研究所/波士顿儿童医院接受博士后训练。主要研究方向是利用生物信息学和基因组学等手段，研究血液发育系统中的表观遗传调控机制。己在 Developmental Cell、 Nature Communications 和 Genome Biology 等国际权威期刊发表研究论文18篇， 其中CNS系列子刊或影响因子10以上论文11篇，第一或共同第一作者9篇，影响因子 总计超过170。
讲座主题：
Dynamic epigenetic regulation during hematopoiesis
Enhancers are the primary determinants of cell identity, but the underlying regulatory mechanism during lineage commitment remain incompletely characterized. In this talk, I will present our recent works on understanding the epigenetic regulation during hematopoiesis. First, by comparing enhancer landscapes during erythropoiesis in mammals at different developmental stages, we uncover distinct epigenetic mechanisms drive lineage-specific transcription. Second, through an integrative analysis of Hi-C and ChIP-seq data, we find super-enhancers are hierarchically organized, containing both hub and non-hub enhancers, which are further experimentally confirmed by CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing analysis.
